The special funds account exists to raise Funds for urgent needs and special projects such as helping our Mission Houses have the items and equipment needed for them to make and/or grow fruit and produce, liturgical items, bread, etc. to sell in order to become self-sufficient, to purchase urgently needed materials to use in our Street Ministries for the homeless, and in our Houses of Recuperation for drug and alcohol addicts in the order Poor of Jesus Christ as a whole.

This is the only bank account that sends funds to any of these missions as needed in order to help with special needs of our missions all throughout the world. Our Founder, Fr. Gilson Sobreiro, determines what the most urgent needs are, and authorizes funds to be dispersed from the Special Funds Account.
